Focusing on the needs of mature puff-folding workers in ABF Tip Top Curry Puff’s central kitchen, the project aims to alleviate workers’ various bodily pains by tackling the root causes found in the current  workstation and equipment used. Key work items are redesigned for improved ergonomics, anthropometrics, and user experience, resulting in reduced muscle stress and worker fatigue, as well as improved workflow. Elements for social bonding, experienced through communal exercise routines targeting pain areas, are introduced to support the main solutions in building towards a healthier, happier workplace for all workers involved.
