Will completed the MA (Industrial Design) at the National University of Singapore in 2023 on the topic of “how to design against online empathy deficits in a polarised world”. He is a design researcher, tool-maker, facilitator, and multi-disciplinary strategist. In his current role at DesignSingapore Council, he drives national-level policy and initiatives for design education and training, applying a data-informed lens to develop the design workforce towards emergent and high-value opportunities.
